BEKA ONE Single-Point Lubricator for Hard-to-Reach Bearings
Overview
Manufacturing plants run in high-heat, high-demand conditions where consistent lubrication is critical. One bearing was hidden in a tight spot near a heat source, making it difficult and unsafe for staff to grease manually. The risk of downtime — or worse, a health and safety incident — was growing.
The Challenge
The bearing in question was regularly being missed during manual greasing because of its restricted position and proximity to heat when the machine was operating. Without reliable lubrication, it faced premature wear and potential failure. Maintenance staff were also exposed to risk each time they attempted to reach it.
The Solution
Our team installed a BEKA ONE single-point lubricator in an accessible location and ran a remote line directly to the problem bearing. Compact and battery-powered, the BEKA ONE dispenses precise, programmed doses of grease over a 1–24 month cycle. Its refillable reservoir means no wasted cartridges, and maintenance teams can now check grease levels and batteries safely and easily.

The Result
The installation has delivered immediate results:
