GROENEVELD SINGLELINE SYSTEM
The SingleLine system is designed with a robust pump and a variety of unique metering units, making it an ideal choice for trucks, agricultural machinery, and both mobile and stationary processing plants.
Regardless of the ambient temperature or grease viscosity, the system accurately dispenses the preset amount of grease at each lubrication point. Its high-quality components can easily handle long lines and numerous lubrication points without any issues. Operating at a low pressure, the system prevents grease separation, while the patented volumetric metering units ensure precise grease delivery tailored to the specific lubrication needs of each part.

OVERVIEW OF THE
GROENEVELD SINGLELINE PUMP
Working Principles
When the pump is turned on, grease is delivered to the distribution blocks. The metering units on the distribution blocks ensure the precise amount of grease is sent to the lubrication points through the secondary lines. The Groeneveld SingleLine system can come with either an electric or pneumatic pump, along with an electric timer or a pneumatic stroke counter. The diagram below illustrates a pneumatic pump paired with an electric timer.
Singleline In-Cab Display (optional)
In order to check the status of the system, the driver or operator does not have to leave the cabin. The in-cab display will show system messages in the cabin. This will allow an easy and fast diagnosis of the system, as well as remote assistance.

AN OVERVIEW
SINGLELINE DISTRIBUTION BLOCKS AND METERING UNITS
There are a variety of distribution blocks and metering units designed for the Groeneveld SingleLine system. By selecting the appropriate metering unit for each grease point, the correct amount of grease can be dispensed during each greasing cycle. The distribution blocks for the single line system are created by pairing a distribution block with various metering units. Any unused ports on the distribution block are sealed off with a blind plug. The metering units deliver the lubricant under pressure through secondary lines directly to the lubrication points. This integrated structure of distribution block and metering units allows for installation in damp or dirty environments without any issues.
Types of distribution blocks:
- Flat distribution blocks, with the metering units in one line made out of brass
- Distribution blocks with threaded studs, fitted with a double row of metering units made out of brass
Types of metering units
The metering units are provided with different grease delivery rates and are identified by numbers. If the maximum dosing rate does not supply enough grease to a grease point, it is possible to connect multiple metering units together.
