KEEP YOUR MACHINE MOVING, DON'T WAIT FOR A BREAKDOWN
Too often we’re called in after something’s already gone wrong - the machine’s parked, the crew’s waiting, and the jobs on hold.
A service check is a simple way to avoid that stress. If it’s been a while since your last check – or you can’t remember when the system was last looked at – now’s the time.
Service check while passing through to the West Coast – keeping operators running in tough terrain.
Why a Service Check Matters
Your Groeneveld-BEKA lubrication system is working hard in the background every single day. But like any piece of kit, it needs a bit of attention now and again:
- To make sure grease is getting exactly where it should.
- To spot leaks, blockages, or worn fittings before they turn into a costly failure.
- To avoid unnecessary breakdowns that pull your gear – and your crew – off the job.
We get it: these machines cost a fortune, and they’re out earning their keep every hour they’re running. A small issue ignored today could mean a big repair bill tomorrow. A simple check gives you peace of mind that the system is doing its job properly.
Customer called in with an issue (on a competitors system!) — we checked, sorted, and had them back to work within the hour.
Come to Us
We’re located on State Highway 1, Hornby – right where most of our customers pass by. Pull up to our workshop and one of the technicians will do an inspection and make adjustments where needed.
Where We Work
No site is too tough or too far. Our technicians have their boots in all kinds of places:
- Coal and gold mines – working around heavy gear in the dust and muck.
- Forestry and farms – keeping harvesters, tractors, and forage wagons running.
- Transport depots – servicing trucks and trailers that clock up serious kilometres.
- Workshops – for those who’d rather bring their machine in.
Wherever you are, we’ll get there to service your auto greaser.
Inspecting a large pump at Lyttelton Port – making sure every point is getting grease.
What You Get with an LSL Check
When we’re on-site, we’ll:
- Inspect the system for leaks, worn hoses, and damaged fittings.
- Test and adjust the pump to make sure it’s pushing grease at the right pressure.
- Confirm grease is reaching every point it should.
- Top up or replace grease if required.
- Give you a heads-up on any issues before they become downtime.
It’s a quick process, but it can save you thousands.
