We’re looking for a Sales Representative who can build strong relationships, close deals, and help customers keep their equipment running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling industry-leading automatic lubrication systems to transport, earthmoving, and industrial businesses.
- Traveling across the South Island to meet customers, from major trucking depots to remote worksites in the middle of nowhere, where even GPS will struggle to find you.
- Building long-term customer relationships by providing honest advice and real solutions that help their business.
- Using our CRM and digital sales tools to track progress, manage orders, and discuss or view other communications.
- Attending trade shows and industry events - from Christchurch exhibitions, the Brisbane truck show or agricultural shows in a paddock (gumboots essential).
- Working alongside our expert service team, ensuring customers get top-level support. That’s right, our team is called from all over the world for expert advice.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural salesperson who enjoys meeting people and closing deals - someone who doesn’t mind being out in windswept worksites or in a meeting with corporate partners. Our customers vary, and so does your day.
- A self-motivated, independent person who can manage their schedule without constant check-ins.
- Someone who is tech-savvy(ish). You don’t need to be an IT genius, but you’ll need to be comfortable using a CRM, quoting system, and email daily.
- An interest in trucks, earthmoving, or industrial machinery - or at least a mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. We can guarantee the machines you’ll see will leave you in awe.
- A full, clean driver’s license - this role comes with a company vehicle and extensive travel. A valid passport is also required for overseas training and network opportunities.
- Someone who wants career growth - we are looking for the right person who is open to future business opportunities and leadership roles.
- Someone who fits our NZ-owned small-business - we aren’t a corporate machine, we’re a tight-knit team of grease system experts who love what we do.
